Always know when to replace your brush heads
All brush heads wear out over time. But our BrushSync technology tracks how long you've been using your brush head for, and how hard you've been brushing. When it's time to replace it, a light on your handle and a short beep will let you know. That way, you can be sure your brush head is doing a good job."

1. Attach the Brush Head – Click the W2 Optimal White brush head onto the handle.
2. Power On & Select Intensity – Press the power button and choose between High or Low intensity for your comfort.
3. Start Brushing – Place the brush at a 45-degree angle to your gums and gently move it across your teeth.
4. Use Gentle Pressure – Let the sonic technology do the work. The pressure sensor will alert you if you’re pressing too hard.
5. Follow the QuadPacer Timer – Spend 30 seconds on each quadrant of your mouth. The Smartimer will notify you when the 2-minute brushing cycle is complete.
6. Rinse & Store – After brushing, rinse the brush head and handle thoroughly and store in a dry place.
7. Replace Brush Heads When Needed – The BrushSync replacement reminder will alert you when it's time to change your brush head for optimal cleaning performance.

Tip: Use the Easy Start feature for the first 14 days to gradually increase brushing intensity and get used to your new Sonicare toothbrush!
