1. Apply a rice-sized amount of fluoride toothpaste on the brush.
2. Gently brush in small, circular motions on teeth and gums.
3. Ensure all teeth are cleaned—including back molars.
4. Brush twice daily for two minutes—morning and night.
5. Encourage the child to spit out excess toothpaste but not rinse.

Tip: Parents should assist with brushing until the child develops proper brushing skills.
