We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we’ve made the return process clear and simple.
For Kuwait Orders:
Return Window:
We offer a 30-day return policy for all products. This means you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in the same condition you received it (unopened for general items).
- Include the original packaging and receipt or proof of purchase.
- If the product is opened and used, return is only accepted for Philips Sonicare and Waterpik products, and only if the customer is unsatisfied. A satisfaction form must be completed.

Returns (pickup and restocking) are free of charge inside Kuwait.
Return Conditions:

The invoice must be presented.

For products with expiry dates, they must still be valid at the time of return.
For GCC Orders (Outside Kuwait):

We offer a 30-day return policy for international customers as well, applicable only to unopened Philips Sonicare and Waterpik products.
Return Shipping Charges:
Return shipping charges for international orders are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Return Conditions:
- The invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.
- Returns are only accepted for unopened items in their original packaging.

Once approved, we’ll provide the return address in Kuwait. The item must be shipped back within 14 days of approval.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items:
Returns are not accepted for:
- Opened or used products (unless they fall under the Philips Sonicare or Waterpik satisfaction policy inside Kuwait).
- Products past their expiry date.
- Customized, special-order, or bundled promotional items.
Exchanges:
If you'd like to exchange a product, the fastest option is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved:
- The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.
- Please note that banks may require additional time to process the transaction.
