Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online eCommerce platform to sell our products and services.
1. Order Fulfillment & Delivery
Orders within Kuwait are typically delivered within 2 working days, excluding Fridays and public holidays. Delivery times outside Kuwait may vary based on destination and shipping method.
2. Returns & Refunds
We strive for customer satisfaction and offer a 30-day return window, depending on the product condition and location of purchase.
Returns from Inside Kuwait

Unopened Products: Returns accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase for all products.

Opened & Used Products: Returns accepted within 30 days only for Philips Sonicare and Waterpik products if the customer is not satisfied. A return form must be filled out.
Return Conditions:

Invoice or proof of purchase must be presented.

For items with expiry dates, the product must still be valid at time of return.
Returns from Outside Kuwait (GCC Only)

Applies only to unopened Philips Sonicare and Waterpik products, returned within 30 days from date of purchase.

Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

Invoice or proof of purchase is required.

3. Warranty
We offer a 2-year warranty for Philips Sonicare and Waterpik products.
- Warranty covers manufacturer defects within the warranty period.
- Does not cover misuse or accidental damage (e.g., drops, breakage).
- Silonn products include a 1-year warranty.
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at contact@ultramed-kw.com with your proof of purchase.
4. Online Store Terms
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have obtained consent from a legal guardian to use the site.
