    2. Power On – Start brushing as the sonic technology pulses water between teeth.
    3. Follow the Timer – The QuadPacer and Smartimer guide you for a complete clean.
    4. Brush Gently – Let the contoured bristles remove up to 2x more plaque than a manual toothbrush.
    5. Monitor Wear – Replace when blue reminder bristles fade for optimal cleaning.
    6. Replace Every 3 Months – Swap the brush head regularly for hygiene and best performance.
